Q: How much do you charge?
Because all of our services are custom-designed for each property owner’s needs and preferences, quotes are based on individual factors, including the size of the lot, which services you’d like provided and the condition of your property. Q: How often will you visit my property?

Rick and Rondas Landscapes reaches out to you on a weekly or monthly basis in an effort to proactively address concerns, gain feedback and explore possible services with you to create the highest level of satisfaction. With our same-day response times, our team will provide ongoing support throughout the season to ensure we are always exceeding your expectations as your Ohio landscaping service provider.

Q: Can you work around my budget?

We recognize that there are budget limitations with every project, and we can customize a program of services to meet your grounds management needs and financial goals. If you want someone who values your property as if it were their own, contact us.

Q: How will I be billed?
Rick and Rondas offers clients a convenient monthly invoice, with paper and paperless billing options. Payments are due within 30 days of the date of the invoice. A five-day grace period is provided for payments received after the billing due date before a payment penalty is incurred.

Q: What if I am unhappy with my services

In the rare event that something does not turn out to your satisfaction, To ensure you’re getting the best possible service, Rick and Rondas Landscapes also offer numerous opportunities for you to voice concerns and offer feedback, from on-site check-ins and service visits to our digital help desk. At the end of each season, you will also receive a survey to evaluate our work. Even if you are 100 percent satisfied with your service from Rick and Rondas Landscapes, we’re always looking for ways to improve and serve you better. Our team is serious about quality, and we want our clients to be, too. That’s why we guarantee that that if you’re not satisfied with anything, just call and we’ll make it right. Period.
